Pumps and pump aggregates
Core activity of Gidromashservice is sales of pumps and pump aggregates.
According to customer's requirements, pumps can be supplied with or without motors and with motors coupled with pump on a joint or separate frame. A fully equipped assembly workshop was founded to perform welding, machining, assembly, painting and tests.
Gidromashservice's scope of delivery includes a wide range of productivity, main areas of application are utilities, oil and gas, chemicals and other industries.
Main supplied pumps types are rotodynamic, centrifugal and positive displacement, e.g. gear, piston, plunger pumps.

Hydromashservice supplies pumps and pump aggregates made by national producers, producers from the CIS and foreign countries. Main suppliers are Livgidromash, Bavleny Pumps plant, Nasosenergomash, NPO Frunze pumps and ABS pumps of Sweden.

Pumping Stations
The Company supplies container packaged skid units in various completions according to customer's specification. The area of application is universal.
Complexity and range of the installed equipment are project, application and requirements specific.
Serial products are water injection pumping stations and stations for other oilfield process, communal utilities stations and fire fighting pumping stations.
Commonly supplied container packaged skid units are:
- Container packaged skid pumping station equipped with NPO Frunze pumps
- Container packaged skid pumping station equipped with Nasosenergomash pumps
- Container packaged skid pumping station equipped with plunger pumps

Spare equipment parts
Hydromashservice supplies spare and equipment parts to the pumps of Russian and the CIS pumps producers.
The spare parts are manufactured at the original pump's manufacturer's site under all standards and are subject to tests and quality controls.
Warranty period for all the supplied parts is 12 months.
Warranty and service
All the equipment supplied by Hydromashservice is covered by warranty liabilities.
Warranty period is set by equipment manufacturers and is no less than 12 months from the date of commissioning and 18 to 24 months from the date of delivery.
Hydromashservice is liable for malfunctions during the warranty period and is capable to provide further service throughout the pump run-life.
Customer-supplier relation is strictly compliant with the Russian law. To provide efficient equipment commissioning the company deals with arising issues independently or with the manufacturer.
Should a more substantial time-consuming equipment flaw arise, Hydromashservice replaces the equipment for the comparable.
Before large units supplies (pumps for power generation, main oil pipeline, container packaged units), Gidromashservice provides test-runs in the customer's representatives' presence. The manufacturers' representatives take part in equipment commissioning at the site. Complex service coverage agreements, including spare parts supplies, maintenance and equipment upgrade are possible.
