Nasosenergomash produces pumps for thermal and nuclear power generation, amelioration, irrigation, oil and oil products transportation, oil production, water supply and waste water treatment. The company is one of the largest producers of pumps for these applications in Ukraine and the CIS. Virtually every nuclear and thermal power station in the countries of former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe is equipped with Nasosenrergomash pumps. Nasosenergomash is one of the few companies to hold the license to design, manufacture and repair pump equipment for nuclear power plants and other hazardous industries in Ukraine and Russia.
Environmentally friendly technologies have been integrated to pump manufacturing at the plant for a long time, e.g. introducing wear-resistant materials and advanced parts design in water feed pumps.
Nasosenergomash pumps are to be found in many main oil pipeline in the CIS. The equipment is manufactured in accordance with standards valid in Russia and is certified by the authorities. Every pump model designed by Nasosenergomash has a Gosgortekhnadzor (explosive area application) certificate required in Russia.

Sibkomplektmontazhnaladka (SKMN) was founded in 1990 as the successor of Department of special electric and wiring works of Sibkomplektmontazh of Oil and Gas Construction ministry of the USSR. In 1993 SKMN was reincorporated as a stock company.

"Livny submersible pumps plant" - Lyvnynasos is the successor of the Elektron plant, which, in turn, had been established in 1970 by by a state decree of the then Soviet ministry for tools, automation and control systems.
Pumps manufacturing was commenced in 1992. Up to mid 2005 the plant has introduced and certified

• 126 size designs of submersible pump for 4,5,6,8,10,12 inch wells

Elektrodvigatel plant in Bavleny is a producer of electric units with an own design bureau, metal processing, mechanical assembly, welding, galvanization and test bench.
The plant is autonomous in cast iron, non-ferrous metal and plastic casting and is fully equipped to manufacture complex electric machinery.
The product range includes 30 models of generators, crane motors in up to 70 completions. Since 2004, the plant also manufactures submersible water well pumps in 20 serial models.
Products in development include more powerful generators, new diesel aggregates and power units.
Areas of application include steel plants, construction, agriculture, machine building, logging and woodworking industry, oil and gas production and households.

Nizhnevartovskremservice (NRS) was founded in March 1998 under auspices of Nizhnevartovsk drilling equipment maintenance and repair centre of NizhnevartovskNeftegaz. Nizhnevartovsk submersible equipment maintenance and repair centre was also integrated into NRS. The number of employees in 2005 was 984.

Tomskgazstroy was founded in 1968 as the successor of a construction branch of Megiongazstroy, part of Glavtyumenneftegazstroy. In 1996 Tomskgazstroy was reincorporated from a trust to a stock company.
